Telecaller / Customer Service Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our products or services, and generate leads or sales. You should be able to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer queries, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introducing and explaining our products or services.
  • Qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing relevant information.
  • Maintaining a detailed call log and updating customer records.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily or weekly targets.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening.
  • Persistence and ability to handle rejection.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and customer record management.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
