Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Managing and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and data entry.
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Providing information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Requirements:
