Install OBI for Laptops / Desktops for new hires
. Provide general technical support to Employees/Contractors using the remote desktop client and address their Service Requests on Hardware, Software, Services and Applications
. Handle service requests for desktop / laptop issues
. Investigate, diagnose & solve Computer Software and Hardware faults
. Interact with vendors/service providers for desktop/laptop repairs (parts, replacement, and suggest if the Laptop/Desktop has to replaced, etc)
. Interact with internal teams like Global IT support & network support to diagnose connectivity issues with laptop/desktop
. Possess in-depth knowledge of Hardware & Software for laptop/desktop, Networking (L1), Linux & Windows
. Work well with people & possess good communication skills
5.00-8.00 Years
