- Consolidation of accounts of foreign subsidiaries of the company
- Legal & secretarial work
- G.S.T compliances
- Involvement in direct and indirect tax matters
- Reviewing customer contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Active involvement in statutory and tax audits
- Correspondence with banks
